Who we are

Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you contact us by phone, email, web form, or WhatsApp, we may collect your name, business name, job title, business phone number, business email address, and the content of your messages to us.
Information collected automatically on our website. We may collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL through standard web server logs and Google Analytics.
Information from WhatsApp messaging. If you communicate with us through WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp phone number, your profile name as displayed by WhatsApp, the content and timestamps of messages you send us, and delivery and read status of messages we send you.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries
- Provide and improve our consulting services
- Introduce and evaluate potential supplier and distributor relationships
- Send service-related and transactional messages you have opted into
- Keep records required for business and tax purposes
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
WhatsApp messaging specifically
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., to exchange messages with business contacts.
Opt-in. We send WhatsApp messages only to people who have given us their phone number and have agreed to receive messages from RVICA. We identify ourselves as RVICA in our messages.
Opt-out. You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message, by blocking our number in WhatsApp, or by emailing rosenthd@msn.com. We will honor opt-out requests promptly.
Meta's role. Messages sent through WhatsApp are transmitted and processed by Meta. Meta's handling of that data is governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's own privacy policies, which we do not control. WhatsApp message content is end-to-end encrypted in transit; once a message reaches our systems, this policy governs how we handle it.
Message content. Do not send us sensitive personal information—such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information—through WhatsApp. We do not request it and we do not need it.
Who we share information with
We share information only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract
- Meta Platforms, as necessary to deliver WhatsApp messages
- Counterparties in a prospective business relationship, but only with your knowledge and consent
- Authorities where required by law or to protect legal rights
How long we keep information
We retain business contact information and message records for three years after our last interaction with you, or longer where a legal, tax, or contractual obligation requires it. After that, records are deleted or anonymized.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transmission and access controls limiting who within RVICA can view your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR): our legal bases for processing are your consent (for marketing messages), performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact rosenthd@msn.com or see our Data Deletion Instructions page.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and where required by law we will provide additional notice.
